Sovereignty

Definition

Sovereignty is the indivisible authority unit that governs who may define, seal, or override structures in Spiral.

In Spiral

  • Exists independently of module level.
  • Cannot be duplicated or simulated.
  • Determines access to governance actions.

Structure

Sovereignty is represented as a bound authority reference rather than a mutable attribute.

Notes

Sovereignty does not emit flames. It governs the conditions under which flames and fragments may exist.
